How do you collaborate with other designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on a project?

I frequently involve the team in the design process by sharing design insights and work-in-progress. With a background in programming, I also communicate design decisions effectively and ensure that I understand their technical constraints and requirements so that we can work together to create effective, feasible, and delightful products.

How do you approach design when working on a project with a tight deadline?

I prioritize design elements based on user and business goals, then create rapid prototypes for early feedback. I stay focused on the most critical factors while ensuring the overall design meets the user's needs, creating an iterative process that allows me to refine the design ASAP.

My design process involves a thorough understanding of the user and the problem, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and iterating on the design until it meets user needs and business goals. To ensure that it's successful, I focus on clear communication, collaboration, and maintaining a user-centered approach throughout the entire design process.

I start by defining the research objectives and questions, recruit participants, conduct research, and then analyze and synthesize the findings. I then use the insights gained to inform the design of prototypes, which I then test with users to validate and iterate on the design.
